Changement ampoule feu stop Tmax 2007
Parceque ça arrive un jour et que je l'ai fait cet après-midi, je vous propose ce petit tutoriel pour le changement d'une ampoule sur le Tmax version 2007.:bigok:
Le manuel de Yamaha prévoit de faire réaliser l'opération par un réparateur Yam mais rassurez-vous, c'est à la portée de tous ou presque pourvu qu'on soit doté :
- des bons outils (2 clefs à laine - une moyenne et une grosse, un tournevis cruciforme, une clef plate de taille 10). Si vous êtes perdus à ce niveau, mieux vaut laisser tomber et aller chez votre cons préféré:boulet:
- un tournevis plat
- d'un peu de patience (la première fois on a peur de tout arracher...
- d'un peu d'habilité (perso j'ai toujours aimé les Lego et Mecano depuis tout petit:hat:).
Il y a 10 vis/boulons écrous à dévisser pour dévisser le capot arrière et accéder aux ampoules. Il est nécessaire de tout enlever pour effectuer le changement de l'ampoule.
Le démontage s'effectue dans l'ordre suivant :
- dévisser les deux vis sur le capot arrière (capot au-dessus du feu arrière)
- détacher les 4 vis qui maintiennent la poignée passager. Pour accéder à ces vis, il faut au préalable enlever les caches de ces vis en utilisant le tournevis à tête plate
- déposer la poignée passager. Pour les Tmax équipés d'un dosseret passager, vous noterez qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de désolidariser le dosseret de la poignée passager
- dès que la poignée passager est enlevée, il est possible de sortir le capot arrière
- capot arrière enlevé, vous avez accès à deux vis qui fixent le bloc optique au cadre du Tmax. Il faut également détacher ces deux vis
- détacher les deux vis sur le côté du scoot avec la clef à tête plate. Pour info il s'agit des deux vis qui fixent le garde-boue arrière et la plaque d'immatriculation.
Une fois que tout est enlevé il faut déclipser délicatement le bloc optique arrière en soulevant un ergot noir. Il s'agit ensuite d'écarter délicatement les parties latérales du carénage pour faire sortir le bloc optique. L'astuce pour réaliser cette manipulation sans tout casser est de faire sortir le côté droit puis le côté gauche. Vous pouvez ensuite enlever les ampoules en leur faisant faire un quart de tour vers la gauche ou la droite selon.
Une fois l'ampoule changée, il suffit de tout remonter dans le sens inverse du démontage...:hat:
Petite remarque personnelle : j'ai remplacé une ampoule LED par une ampoule classique. J'ai été surpris de constater que cette dernière éclaire beaucoup plus que la LED. Les scientifiques diront que pour comparer il faudrait que les deux ampoules aient le même âge etc.
Ce constat vaut ce qu'il vaut mais je remplacerait l'autre LED dès que possible...

pour la laine c'est pas une clé c'est une aiguille MDR
pour les vis c'est clé Allen et il faut prendre la bonne sinon tu as une mauvaise Allen

T'es sûr qu'il faut faire tout ça pour accéder aux ampoules arrière? bizarre moi sur mon ex 2007 j'avais mis même pas 10 minutes pour changer les cabochons arrières et les ampoules, j'ai démonté les 2 vis du capot arrière, la vis du feu de plaque et les 2 vis sur les cotés de la bavette

oui sûr... ça évite de casser les plastiques en cas de mouvement brutal...
